Stalking
Lola, the black Labrador Retriever, stalks a kingfisher in the middle of one of the Blaisdell Center's ponds. The kingfisher was stalking the tilapia for its lunch. I guess it's one of those the hunter becomes the hunted(?).
Lola has a lovely coat.....i love the shiny black of her coat ....
and i remember coming across this cat in the neighborhood which was spying on the fledgling ducks with such intensity that i was sure, one of them will end up being in the kitty's tommy...i had to chase her away for the sake of the little ducks ....
Lola is beautiful and what a shiny coat. You've gotten a great shot of her. I hope the kingfisher got away though!
