Last summer, a south swell provided some excellent surf for the town surfers. The waves were averaging three-foot faces, with an occasional four or five-foot sets. This wave crashing upon the rocks at Kaka‘ako Waterfront Park, was one of those four-footers. Lots of fun to photograph, though a bit dangerous. I did pay a price, and got wet after taking a photo of wave, but I managed to turn in time so my camera did not get soaked.

Nice one! Watch out for your camera.
I can just hear the sound of the crashing waves. Good thing you turned in time! I really like this one!
