This Aloha Airlines Boeing 737-700W is putting on the brakes to slow down after arriving from Santa Ana, back in 2004. You can see the flaps and spoilers in the rear part of the wing deployed, as well as the leading edge slats to slow the aircraft down. You can also see part of HIckam AFB in the background.
This was the second landing after the first was a missed approach.
That round-trip to/from SNA on Aloha was probably one of the best in-flight services I ever had. It's sad to see the demise of the airline, and all those who were affected by it.
