Post Game Prayer

Following their 49-36 loss to the USC Trojans, the UH Warriors huddle for a post-game prayer led by head coach Greg McMackin and team leaders.

The Warriors entered the game as 21-point underdogs, and it's my guess that there were some that lost money on the game.  The game was actually closer than the score reflects.  It was amazing to see how many yards (400+) the Trojan defense gave up.

This was the view from my camera perch high above the north end zone through the field goal net.

Somebody told me that the football team is known only as the "warriors" now instead of the "rainbow warriors." Yet, their baseketball and baseball teams still go by the old name. What's up with that? Or is it not even true?
by the by, USC's third QB is the son of my friend. (of course he won't get to play til he's a senior probably, but still)

"Warriors" name was shortened when June Jones took over the program, and got rid of the old UH Rainbow logo to the current look of the team.
