This surfer took advantage of a south surf swell off the ‘Ewa (west) side of Magic Island. It was a very short ride, but this guy caught as many as he could. As you can see, the wave heights for the south shore were quite decent.
I took this photo before one of Hope968's "Sunny Services", along with several more surf shots. It's not often I get surfing shots close to shore.

Oh wow!!!! i stay in Florida and I would love to shoot something like this ...but as u said i never get surf shots close to the shore....u did an excellent job of it ......
