Today's photo is part of the Nu‘uanu Stream that was taken at Lili‘uokalani Gardens. To get the motion blur in the water, I used a neutral density filter to slow the shutter speed, and a soft filter to diffuse the blotches sunlight. I think the shutter slowed down to 1/15 sec.

What a gorgeous photo! I can almost hear the soothing sound of the water. That's really cool what you can do with a filter.
