The town of Wahiawa has the best saimin (noodle soup) on O‘ahu, Shige's Saimin Stand. Kathy found out about Shige's from her assistant, and on one of our adventure through Wahiawa, we decided to seek this establishment out. We each had a small won ton mein and bbq burger deluxe ... OMG! Was it delicious! There aren't a lot seats, and it's worth the wait. In fact, we went there the other night for dinner ...

Just looking at it makes me hungry all over again!!! Homemade noodles, yummy burgers..what more can I say!! If you're ever in Wahiawa, go and check it out!!
Boy, now that looks some kinda tasty. And a cheesburger to wash that soup down with too. Yum.
