Parted Out

This Niu Air Piper Navajo was parted out by another local aviation company. This airframe has reached the end of its useful service life. The remaining carcass will probably meet the scrapper's torch and saw. Unfortunately, for most aircraft that live out their maximum airframe time, this is the fate that awaits them as well.

It always amazes me when I hear the actual number of flights a commerical plane makes in it's lifetime. I't amazingingly high. I feel safer flying than I do driving!
